Convenient Care

Convenient Care is a walk-in, prompt care medical facility designed to bring a new level of convenience to quality medical care in Scott and Jennings Counties. We’re open 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Our family physicians are available through appointments or you may simply walk in without an appointment. Either way, you’ll receive the finest medical care available from experienced physicians and a highly trained staff.
Services you'd normally find only at bigger facilities.
In deciding to create a unique medical facility, we asked ourselves a question: How could we build a facility that could care for the whole family, yet be more than a typical family care medical center? The answer is found at Convenient Care. It’s a place where the kids can see the same doctors who give Mom and Dad their annual physicals and where their grandparents can have their diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure checked. But it’s also a place where you’ll find laboratory services, diagnostic imaging, and radiology capabilities that you’d usually find only in a much larger medical setting. So just about everything you need for complete medical care is right here. And you don’t even need an appointment to take advantage of it.
Convenient Care is not meant to replace a hospital or to handle life-threatening emergencies. There are some cases that are simply beyond our scope. In the event of a serious medical problem that requires more extensive care, Convenient Care physicians and staff have the technology and services of Schneck Medical Center in Seymour at their disposal.

Yes, we're here to treat all members of your family, from the youngest to the oldest.
You say you are a "prompt care" medical facility. Does that mean you specialize in medical emergencies?
Not at all. In fact, medical emergencies should go to the nearest hospital. We're more like a high-tech, doctor's office with convenient hours. We provide complete medical care for almost any non-emergency medical problem.
Who should see a Convenient Care physician?
Just about anyone who needs medical care. Exceptions are medical emergencies and patients who need the expert care of a specialist, such as an oncologist.
Do I have to make an appointment?
No. Our doctors will see you with or without an appointment.
Why shouldn’t I just go to the Emergency Room of the closest hospital when I need a doctor?
Emergency Rooms are only for people who are in critical need of medical care. Plus, they can be very expensive.
What happens if Convenient Care can’t handle my medical problem?
You will be referred to a physician at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
