Telehealth Monitoring

Telehealth is a monitoring device that is placed in the patient's home to collect pertinent information about the patient.  Telehealth can provide the following measurements:

  • Weight
  • Oxygen Saturation
  • Blood Pressure
  • Pulse
  • Blood Sugar
  • 3 lead EKG

The telehealth monitor can also provide the patient with medication reminders, disease management education and nutrition education.

"Telehealth kept me out of the hospital.  I reported my symptoms and my nurse was able to get my doctor's appointment the same day.  He gave me new medications and I was able to stay home."
