Telehealth Monitoring
Telehealth is a monitoring device that is placed in the patient's home to collect pertinent information about the patient. Telehealth can provide the following measurements:
- Weight
- Oxygen Saturation
- Blood Pressure
- Pulse
- Blood Sugar
- 3 lead EKG
The Telehealth Monitor can also provide the patient with medication reminders, disease management education and nutrition education.
