What is Integrative Medicine?
Integrative medicine is the practice of utilizing the best of conventional and alternative medicine. This combination includes the use of various treatments such as supplements and herbs, as well as approaching the patient from a “body as a whole” point of view. Integrative medicine prescriptions include emphasis on lifestyle such as dietary programs and exercise.

Are you accepting new patients?

The initial visit is scheduled for 30 minutes. Follow up visits are typically 20 minutes per visit. We work very hard to stay on schedule and pride ourselves in providing a quality patient experience at each appointment.

Do you work with other physicians?
Yes. Nearly all of our patients already have a primary care physician, and we are happy to work with other physicians as part of your healthcare team.

What do I bring to my first appointment?
Please take a moment to fill out the information for your first visit. Bring your insurance card and the completed information with you to the visit. It is also helpful for you to bring any supplements that you may be taking and a list of your current medication.

Do you carry supplements at the office?
The Integrative Medicine Center offers several professional grade supplements available for purchase. These supplements are chosen for their efficacy, quality, and cost effectiveness. Dr. Windley knows that it is not easy to sort through the various choices of unregulated supplements, and having appropriate choices readily available can save time and money, and helps with supplement dosing.
