After Your Visit
When you are officially discharged from an inpatient stay, a hospital volunteer will take you from your room in a wheelchair to assure your comfort and safety on the way to the car.
Whether you are an outpatient or inpatient guest, make sure you or your loved one thoroughly understands the physician and health team's instructions and recommendations before you leave Schneck. If you have any questions once you arrive back home, feel free to contact us by calling the phone number on your discharge instructions.
Once You Are Home
Our goal is to provide you an excellent experience during your visit to Schneck. To know how we are doing, we ask for feedback. There are a couple ways you can tell us how we are doing:
- StoryLine - Tell us by calling our toll-free, 24-hour phone line. (855) 522-0120
- Customer Service Survey - Schneck Utilizes the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey. This tool measures and reports patient satisfaction. If you are selected to receive this brief survey, please take a few minutes to complete it. The results will help us know what we're doing right and where we can improve.
Education and Support
Schneck offers patient and family education and support services. There are also a number of support groups meeting regularly to assist in coping with health conditions. Check our Classes & Events
for more information on these groups and services. If you have questions about our offerings, email us
Pay Your Bill
Whether you pay your bill by mail, phone, in person, or online, there is an easy option for everyone. Billing or financial concerns after discharge may be discussed with the associates in Patient Financial Services by calling (812) 522-0411.
