## Meet Our Spine Experts

We’re proud to highlight **Dr. Matthew Stanfield**, a highly skilled neurosurgeon with over 25 years of experience and leader of **Schneck Neurosurgery**. Dr. Stanfield utilizes advanced, minimally invasive surgical techniques to improve outcomes and reduce recovery time. His compassionate approach and deep clinical experience have earned him the trust of countless patients throughout the region.

We’re also excited to welcome **Dr. Kenneth MacKinlay** as the newest member of our team. A board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with over a decade of experience, Dr. MacKinlay leads **Schneck Orthopedic Spine**. His approach emphasizes patient education, conservative therapies, and precision surgical care when necessary. He is highly skilled in minimally invasive surgical techniques, helping patients recover faster with less discomfort.

Both Dr. Stanfield and Dr. MacKinlay specialize in diagnosing and treating a comprehensive range of spinal conditions, including herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, traumatic spine injuries, spinal cord dysfunction, sciatica, and both cervical and lumbar stenosis, and are well known for their expertise in managing complex cases of back and neck pain.
