A new partnership to bring cardiovascular expertise close to home.

 

 

 **A healthy, new partnership for your healthy heart.**

Schneck and Community Health Network have partnered to bring you cardiovascular services, right here, close to home. Beginning June 8, Community Physician Network Heart and Vascular Care will provide full‑time outpatient cardiology services on Schneck’s campus every weekday. This collaboration strengthens local care while ensuring seamless access to advanced services when needed—all centered around our communities and patients.

Dr. Paul, cardiologist, completed a four-year cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. He served his internship and residency in both internal medicine and pediatrics at Yale New Haven and Bridgeport Hospitals in Connecticut. He completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in the division of transplantation at Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts and master of science degrees from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, and from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. Dr. Paul also serves on the Community Heart and Vascular Board of Managers.

Dr. Singh served his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at City Hospital Center of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and his interventional cardiology fellowship at The University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. He also served a critical care fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. His internship in internal medicine was at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. Dr. Singh graduated from B.R.D. Medical College in Gorakhpur, India. Dr. Singh has been with Community Health Network since 1995 and is the medical director of cardiovascular research. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.
