Winter Fruit Salad


      5 kiwi fruit, sliced
      2 blood oranges, peeled and sectioned
      3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
      2 bananas, sliced
      2 pears, diced
      2 apples, diced
      Juice of 1 lime
      1 Tbsp. honey
      2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped


  1. Combine kiwi, blood oranges, mandarin oranges, bananas, pears and apples in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together lime juice, honey and mint.  Pour mixture over the fruit and combine.

Makes: 10 servings
