Skillet Tortilla Pizza

1 whole wheat flour tortilla
¼ cup pizza sauce
7-8 slices turkey pepperoni
¼ cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Coat both sides of tortilla with cooking spray.Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and cook tortilla 1-2 minutes, or until bubbly.Turn tortilla over.
  2. Spread sauce over tortilla and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the edges of the tortilla have browned.Remove from heat and leave covered to allow cheese to continue melting from remaining heat of the pan.The tortilla will crisp up during this time also.
