7 Layer Greek Dip

1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. fresh dill
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup cucumber, diced
½ cup red onion, diced
2 Tbsp. Greek dressing
¼ cup Kalamata olives
½ cup feta cheese


  1. Spread hummus on the bottom of a square baking dish or pie plate. 
  2. Stir Greek yogurt, parsley, and dill until well combined.  Spread over hummus.
  3. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and Greek dressing and the spread over Greek yogurt layer.
  4. Sprinkle Kalamata olives over tomato mixture.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top.  Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
