Cool off this summer with some homemade popsicles! This recipe features whole oranges rather than orange juice which provides a little more fiber and less sugar. These popsicles are a great way to keep little ones hydrated in the heat.
Ingredients
2 Navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Peel and section oranges. Lay orange sections on a flat baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- In a food processor or blender, blend frozen oranges until smooth. Add coconut milk, honey, and vanilla and blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
