Orange Cream Popsicles
Bethany Daugherty, MS, RDN, CD - July 02, 2018

Cool off this summer with some homemade popsicles!  This recipe features whole oranges rather than orange juice which provides a little more fiber and less sugar.  These popsicles are a great way to keep little ones hydrated in the heat.

2 Navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract

  1. Peel and section oranges.  Lay orange sections on a flat baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  2. In a food processor or blender, blend frozen oranges until smooth.  Add coconut milk, honey, and vanilla and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
