Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats 

Makes: 1 serving 
Serving size: 1 1/3 cup 

1/3 cup skim milk  
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (or flavor of your choice)
1/3 cup old fashioned oats 
1 tsp. chia seeds 
1/3 cup chopped apples (or add-in of your choice)
¼ tsp. cinnamon 
  1. In container with a tight-fitting lid, mix all ingredients.
  2. ๔€€Cover and refrigerator overnight (at least 8 hours).
The recipe will last for up to four days in the refrigerator.
