Easy, Healthy Road Trip Snacks

As the country opens back up following the COVID pandemic, you might find yourself out on the road again this summer. With a little preparation ahead of the trip, you can pack healthy snacks for the whole family. Dietitians and physicians from Schneck have collaborated to put together a list of easy, healthy road trip snacks.
Try some of these easy, healthy road trip snacks:
  • Homemade trail mix
  • Fruit puree pouches
  • Single-serve containers of peanut butter and crackers or apples
  • Apple sauce squeeze packets
  • Oatmeal packets
  • Apple slices
  • Cheese sticks
  • Individual baggies of air-popped popcorn
  • Protein or Granola bar (We like Nature Valley or KIND bars!)
  • Peanut butter sandwiches
  • Single-serve guacamole or hummus packets
