Is It Time for Your Check-Up?
Dr. Baker, Schneck Primary Care - June 03, 2020
Did the COVID-19 pandemic disrupt your visit to your doctor? Did you have to cancel your annual exams or routine follow up visits? At Schneck, our physician practices are up and running again at full capacity, and we would love to check in and see how you are doing. While we have implemented additional personal safety precautions (wearing masks, additional space in waiting rooms, etc.), our offices are open for business as usual.

Preventative care and early detection is an important part of your overall health plan and great time to build your relationship with your doctor.  Routine appointments with your primary care physician are one of the best ways to identify and treat health issues before they become problematic. Stay on top of your health with follow up visits, annual wellness visits, and routine screenings recommended for your age, sex, or risks such as mammogram, cholesterol, colonoscopy, lung cancer screening, skin cancer check, and immunizations.

Taking the time to record important health information and discussing ongoing health issues or new symptoms provides your doctor with an opportunity to track any significant health changes including identifying risk factors and risky health behaviors where making healthy lifestyle choices will be to your benefit.

Please visit Schneck Primary Care for office information to schedule your next visit.  We are looking forward to seeing you.
