Schneck’s Nurse Residency Program Graduates Eight in February Ceremony
February 06, 2020
Finding your first job as a nurse can be a challenge. Candidates need to find a place where they feel comfortable and get the support they need to progress from a novice nurse to a competent and experienced nurse. Schneck’s leading-edge, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program in partnership with Vizient fosters a positive experience for all newly licensed nurses as the transition into practice.
Schneck is proud to announce the February 2020 Nurse Residency Graduates: Kaila Beedie, Emily Gunter, Brandi Henderson, Samantha Klakamp, Sarah Leonard, Emily Owens, Brilynn Roberts, and Petra Wright.
Schneck’s Nurse Residency Program is one year in duration with monthly meetings designed to support the new graduate nurse’s transition from advanced beginner to competent professional. The program does not take the place of hospital or unit orientation, but instead focuses on leadership, quality outcomes, and the professional role of the nurse.
