If you are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, you can schedule your appointment through ourshot.in.gov or by calling 211.
Who is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine?
The Indiana State Deparment of Health determines the distribution plan for the COVID-19 vaccine. Visit the ISDH website for a list of who is currently eligible.

Which vaccine is available?
Schneck Medical Center will distribute the Moderna vaccine. This vaccine administered at Schneck requires a second dose 28 days after the initial dose. Your appointment for the second vaccination will be made at your first appointment.
If I received the first dose, can I change locations for the second dose?
You should return to the original location for your second dose.
What are the hours at Schneck's vaccination clinic?
- Monday: 10 am to 6 pm
- Tuesday: 10 am to 6 pm
- Wednesday: 10 am to 6 pm
- Thursday: 10 am to 6 pm
- Friday: 8 am to 2 pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm

What is the cost of the vaccine?
For those with insurance, there will be no out-of-pocket cost to the individual. Those without insurance are provided the vaccine at no cost.
Do I have to have an appointment or can I walk in to receive the vaccine?
You must have a scheduled appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. At this time, Schneck is unable to vaccinate people on a drop-in basis. Community members can make an appointment by calling 211 or by visiting www.ourshot.in.gov.
