Dr. Russell attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, OH and fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at St. Vincent Health in Indianapolis, IN. He joined the medical staff of Schneck Medical Center in 2019.
