Dr. Aaron W. Banister is a Licensed Counseling Psychologist that specializes in anxiety based disorders, depressive disorders, psychological adjustment to chronic illness, the cross-section of emotional health and spirituality, and formal assessment of cognitive abilities, personality, and potential for compliance with medical treatment in adult clients. Dr. Banister utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach that incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness. He joined Schneck Medical Center in 2013.
