Survival after five years is only about 15.6%, due in part to advance stage cancer at time of diagnosis. **National studies have shown low dose CT lung screenings are the best way to diagnose early stage lung cancer. An early diagnosis can save your life and its only $25!** ## Lung cancer is the most prevalent cancer in southern Indiana. Schneck offers an affordable convenient way to help catch lung cancer early, and make it far more treatable. The Lung Cancer Screening, a low-dose CT scan of the chest, for high risk patients is just $25 (payable at the time of service), and takes just a few minutes. No physician order is needed. Results of the CT scan will be sent to you and your primary care provider. Patients considered "high risk" are eligible for this screening.
