We offer these visits at Schneck Primary Care, Schneck Internal Medicine and our Schneck Family Care locations. Call your provider's office for more information and to schedule your visit. Don't have a provider? Give us a call at any of these locations and we can get you set up. - These visits are FREE to Medicare Part B Beneficiaries. - Prevention is key.
