Stronger Together. Healthy Together.

Everyone had a role to play in keeping our community safe and healthy during the COVID pandemic. From abiding to social distancing recommendations to caring for COVID patients, our community rallied together. Just as a rope is stronger with multiple strands, each member of our community pulling together makes us #strongertogether. And, when we are stronger together, we can move our communities to better health. #healthytogether
