How to Protect Yourself and Others

Per CDC guidelines: please wear a mask whenever you are in public to prevent possible spread. This includes when visiting Schneck Medical Center main hospital and clinics.

Visit the CDC website for more information on how to make a mask to wear when in public.

These everyday habits can help prevent the spread of several viruses, including coronavirus:
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol‐based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your mouth, nose, or eyes.
  • Cover coughs/sneezes with your arm or a tissue.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Avoid exposure to others who are sick.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
