Use this page to access key visitor information, and please call our main office with any questions. ## Visiting Hours **General** - Visit anytime, but perform self screening when entering the hospital. For the safety of our patients, visitors and staff, Schneck continues to ask the community to follow Standard Precautions which includes hand hygiene and following respiratory hygiene/cough etiquette principles. ## Parking and Directions Parking for the hospital is located in the parking lot south of the hospital, just off Brown Street. Patients and their families can enter the hospital through the Hospital Entrance sliding doors or the Emergency Entrance. - **[Jackson Medical Building](https://www.schneckmed.org/locations/schneck-medical-center)** parking has recently been updated on the west side of the building. - **[Schneck Professional Building](https://www.schneckmed.org/locations/schneck-primary-care-professional-building)** parking is available in the new parking garage along Tipton Street. Simply park on the level your doctor's office is located on and walk into the professional building patient reception to check in for your appointment. - **Our parking garage**, as well as the [Cancer Center](https://www.schneckmed.org/locations/schneck-cancer-center) and [Jackson Medical Building](https://www.schneckmed.org/locations/schneck-primary-care-jackson-park) parking, is conveniently located just off Tipton Street. There is no fee to park in any of our parking lots or parking garage. **For those with mobility needs**, our Courtesy Shuttle operates between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday to assist. [Facility Map](https://d188lfxfyq6i9j.cloudfront.net/general-uploads/PDF-Assets/2025-New-Facility-Map-JULY.pdf) ## **Visitor Guidelines** ### Isolation Patient Visitor Guidelines Visitors may be allowed and guidelines will be discussed with the patient and family upon admission. ### Non-isolation Patient Visitor Guidelines Visitors are limited to two people at a time and must remain in the patient room throughout the visit. ### Labor & Delivery Patient Visitor Guidelines Visitors are limited to two people at a time and must remain in the patient room throughout the visit ### Newborn & Pediatric Patient Visitor Guidelines Parents/banded visitors are able to remain with the patient throughout the hospitalization. Additional visitors are limited to two people at a time. ### Surgery Visitor Guidelines Visitors are limited to two at a time. ### Emergency Department Visitor Guidelines Visitors are limited to two during the patient’s stay in the Emergency Department and must stay in the patient room at all times. ### Schneck Physician Practices and Outpatient Services Visitor Guidelines Patients may have two visitors accompany them to their outpatient test or physician office visit. ### Cancer Center Visitor Guidelines Patients may have two visitors accompany them to their clinic appointment. ## Cafeteria The Schneck Café is conveniently located on the first floor of the [Schneck Medical Center](https://www.schneckmed.org/locations/schneck-medical-center) between our two main entrances. Combining locally-sourced ingredients and a healthy respect for food, our cafeteria is proud to serve high-quality menu options for guests and staff members. **Cafeteria Hours:** **Monday - Friday** - Breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Lunch 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Dinner 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Grab and go items are available from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. **Saturday & Sunday** - Schneck Café is closed. Proceeds from gift shop sales are donated to Schneck Medical Center for medical equipment, projects, and services.
