The Details
Our Bariatric Support Group is designed for people who are getting ready for surgery as well as those who have already had the procedure. Join us for this class led by Jill Whitaker, Schneck Registered Dietitian. Our May meeting topic is Steppin' into Spring.
We'll talk about the importance of exercise and ways to move our bodies more this spring. From chair exercises to training for a 5K, what works best for your body?
