Schneck Story Line

We invite you to call our “Schneck Story Line” at any time to share your patient experience. Good or bad, compliment or complaint, tell us in your own words about your experience at the hospital or any affiliated site. Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences for our patients and families. It’s important for us to hear how we are doing in achieving excellence.

Call Now

It’s simple. Call the Schneck Story Line (855-522-0120) and leave your message when prompted. It's toll-free and available 24/7.

The information you provide will be shared with Schneck staff so we may learn from your experience. This service is as anonymous as you would like it to be. If you wish to leave your name, you may do so, but it is not required. Your message will be recorded and saved in our Patient Services office for internal use.

Yes! If you are unhappy with your message or feel like you forgot something—no worries! You can listen to your message and re-record it until it’s exactly what you’d like for others to hear.

We love it when you have a lot to say. That’s why our system’s time limit is set to 15 minutes. Feel free to be as brief or as detailed as you please.

Yes! Random surveys will be sent from our outside survey company, Press Ganey. It is crucial that you complete the survey and return it, as your feedback compares us with other hospitals. This survey information is extremely important and helps us pinpoint ways to improve service.

Telehealth Visits

Many Schneck physician practices are offering telehealth visits when deemed appropriate by the physician. Patients must have a device that has a camera and a microphone installed. Patients interested in scheduling a telehealth visit are advised to contact their physician’s office.
