Schneck WellLife, now known as Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care have come together to form Schneck Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine in Seymour, Indiana. As of April 1, 2026, these two offerings were combined to create an all-encompassing healthcare hub for our patients and employer partners.

Whether you need care for minor cuts or influenza symptoms, or you need to take a urine drug test for work, find quality care in one convenient place with Schneck's new service. 

Our Available Services and Who We Serve

Our services at Schneck Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine are still the same as when they were separate. As always, all patients are still welcome. 

If you don't have a primary care doctor or your needs can't wait for an appointment, urgent care is the service for you. Urgent Care at Schneck treats a variety of minor illnesses and injuries, including: 

  • Minor cuts, lacerations, burns ad scrapes 
  • Sore throat, cough, cold and fever
  • Influenza
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Respiratory infections
  • Allergies and asthma
  • Sprains, strains and other musculoskeletal injuries
  • Simple fractures 
  • Minor skin issues, such as rashes, minor abscesses and warts

Schneck's occupational Medicine sector offers routine medical care to employer partners and their employees seeking workplace-related health services and lab testing: 

  • Workplace drug and alcohol testing
  • Sports, school, DOT and Pre-employment physicals
  • Workers Compensation visits 
  • Viral and bacterial infection testing (strep, influenza, etc.)

What Does This Transition Mean for You

If you are seeking occupational medicine or urgent care in Seymour, Indiana, you have access to comprehensive care with more availability. Now that occupational medicine have joined forces with urgent care, we offer expanded hours, including longer weekend hours. The new schedule is as follows: 

Monday-Friday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

We also have more parking for added convenience.
