Schneck Home Health has been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for delivering exceptional care and earning outstanding patient satisfaction ratings.
Schneck Home Services was honored as an SHPBest™ Patient Experience Award Winner and Superior Performer, placing among the nation’s top 20% of home health providers for patient satisfaction. The recognition is based on HHCAHPS (Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey results and reflects the experiences of patients receiving care in their homes.
The SHPBest awards recognize home health organizations that demonstrate a consistent commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Award recipients are selected based on an analysis of patient satisfaction scores from thousands of healthcare providers across the country.
