Schneck Medical Center is proud to announce that Deborah Mann, CPA, MBA, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has been named to the “2025 Rural Hospital CFOs to Know” list by Becker’s Hospital Review. This marks the third consecutive year Mann has received this prestigious recognition, underscoring her consistent excellence in financial leadership and her enduring impact on rural healthcare.
Becker’s Hospital Review annually honors financial leaders who serve as the backbone of rural hospitals and health systems. These CFOs are recognized for their expertise in planning, resource management, and financial stewardship—ensuring that rural communities continue to benefit from sustainable, high-quality, and accessible care. Mann is one of only 38 CFOs featured in the 2025 list, selected for her outstanding contributions and impact.

She later served as Director of Accounting and Controller before being named Vice President of Finance in February 2014. A Certified Public Accountant, Mann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
“Debbie’s leadership continues to elevate Schneck’s financial strength and strategic direction,” said Eric Fish, MD, MBA, FACOG, President/CEO of Schneck Medical Center. “Her ability to align financial performance with our mission of community health makes her an invaluable part of our executive team.”
