Schneck Medical Center’s Amy Pettit Appointed to Indiana State Nurses Association Board of Directors

Schneck Medical Center is proud to announce that Amy Pettit, DNP, RN, NE-BC, CSSBB, Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer, has been elected as treasurer to the Board of Directors for the Indiana State Nurses Association (ISNA).
The ISNA Board of Directors plays a vital role in advancing the nursing profession across Indiana through advocacy, education, and leadership development. Dr. Pettit joins a distinguished group of nursing professionals from across the state who are committed to shaping the future of healthcare and supporting nurses in all practice settings.

Dr. Pettit’s extensive expertise in nursing leadership and innovation is widely recognized. Her work at Schneck has been instrumental in advancing clinical quality, patient safety, and professional development for nursing staff. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Organizational and Systems Leadership and is board certified as a nurse executive and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Her appointment to the ISNA Board further strengthens Schneck’s voice in statewide healthcare initiatives and reinforces the organization’s commitment to excellence in nursing.
