Schneck’s Nurse Residency Program Graduates Four in April Ceremony

| News

Finding your first job as a nurse can be challenging. Candidates need to find a place where they feel comfortable and get the support they need to progress from a novice nurse to an experienced nurse. Schneck’s leading edge, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program fosters a positive experience for all newly licensed nurses as they transition into practice.

Schneck is proud to announce the April 2021 Nurse Residency Graduates: Amanda Richards, Elizabeth Vogel, Audrey Hoppock, and Ileah Noelker.

Schneck’s Nurse Residency Program is a one-year program that includes monthly training sessions designed to support the new graduate nurse’s transition from advanced beginner to competent professional. The program does not take the place of organization or unit orientation, but instead focuses on leadership, quality outcomes, and the professional role of the nurse.

Schneck began the Nurse Residency Program in 2016 and has had 62 nurse graduates since that time.
