Dr. Nick Lemming is a board certified physician specializing in family medicine. A native of Richmond, Indiana, he grew up just a few miles down the road from his wife, Julie. As a child, he enjoyed sports and participated on the high school cross country, track, and swim teams. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University and graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing a Family Medicine residency program at Ball Hospital, he and his family moved to Seymour to join Family Medical Center and the medical staff of Schneck in 2003.
