Check out the Q&A session below to learn more about Erin.

I started at Schneck in 2012 as a CNA working on the hospital medical floor on night shift. While working as a CNA, I was able to go back to school for my BSN and obtained my RN license. I worked night shift as a floor nurse starting in 2016. I was then able to move to a day shift position and was accepted into the FNP program at IUPUI. I graduate with my Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020 and accepted the NP position at the Internal Medicine office. I work at the Schneck Internal Medicine office and specialize in family preventative care and chronic disease medicine. In the morning hours, I help run a “walk-in” clinic for our patients who can use our office as an urgent care.

While my family is not from Seymour, I have grown up in this small town. I love our town and being able to provide care to the community, as well as building relationships with my co-workers. My hobbies include any type of sporting events, traveling, being outdoors, and being a mom to my daughter. The thing I love most about Schneck is feeling like a valued staff member and not just another employee. Schneck has supported me in my journey from CNA to NP.
