Get to Know Rachel Hoevener, FNP-C

Check out the Q&A Session below to learn more about Rachel.

In 2008 I started as a nurse intern in the ER. In 2009 I graduated with my BSN and began as an RN in the ER. I then moved up and became the Patient Care Supervisor for the weekends for 3 years while I completed my MSN. For the past 2 years I worked in the ER as an FNP. I’m now at Schneck Pediatrics seeing patients in walk in clinic.

I grew up in Seymour. My husband and I have 4 wonderful boys and together we love to go on all kinds of adventures.

I chose nursing because of its diversity and my passion to care for others. I love practicing where I live.
