Check out the Q&A session below to learn more about Elizabeth.

I started as a student nurse in 2011 in what was then called ICU, began working as an RN in ICU in 2012 until 2015 when I graduated as a nurse practitioner with others from the Schneck NP cohort and began in Schneck Specialty Associates- Endocrinology. Became a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in 2017.

My primary focus is helping patients with diabetes. I help patients manage all diabetes medications, including FDA approved GLP1 agonist/ GIP agonist medications. I help patients start continuous glucose monitors. If appropriate for the patient, I also start an insulin pump. In addition to helping patients with diabetes, I also manage some hypoglycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroid, PCOS and obesity diagnoses.

I grew up in Seymour, IN and went to high school at Seymour. I very much love spending time with my family and running.

I chose health care because I have type 1 diabetes and wanted to help others with diabetes live a fulfilling, quality life. I have always come to Schneck for most of my healthcare needs and have always felt at home at Schneck. When my patients see me, I want them to feel at home as well.
