Q&A Session with Dr. Aldridge

Learn more about Dr. Evan Aldridge, his background, and what attracted him to Schneck in the session below.

I grew up in New Albany, Indiana during grade school and moved to Milltown, Indiana where I graduated high school. I was active in multiple sports including baseball, basketball, and football. In our free time, my family spent time outdoors or enjoying time on the lake.

My wife Kayla and I have two kids who keep us on our toes and two cats that have been with us since medical school. We just moved closer to both sides of our family and look forward to raising our kids in Jackson County.

I am an avid fisherman and enjoy hunting, woodworking and water sports in my spare time. I am not the type to sit still, so I am always working on a new project or hobby in my spare time.

I was playing football in high school when I was hit from behind. I suffered an injury and it was my experience with the hospital, doctors and nursing staff during recovery that gave me a deep appreciation for the craft and inspired me to pursue medicine.

After my own injury in high school and being able to fully return to sports and my life as usual, I gained a deep passion for helping patients return to activities. I look forward to spending my life helping others get back to what they love doing.

The friendly, family-oriented atmosphere with a strong since of teamwork throughout patient care.
